The #Teacher5ADay movement, is among those calling for school leaders to sign up to promote better mental health for staff from 2nd to 6th December 2019 for national #Teacher5ADay week.
School leaders who take part will be asked to promote a simple wellbeing task to be undertaken each day in their school each day during the week, that focuses on the five key pillars of teacher wellbeing that the #Teacher5ADay Twitter movement promotes – namely to connect, notice, learn, volunteer and exercise.
The Teacher5ADay movement is run by volunteers from the teaching profession and others who wish to promote improved wellbeing for the profession and its leaders.
